25 years ago, Laure and Arnaud decided to settle in the Caribbean, first in Guadeloupe, then quickly falling for Saint Martin, where they started a new adventure. The family grew with their two sons, Thibaut and Stan. For the past 15 years they have focused on vacation rentals, and what better name than the one made from their four initials? That's how SALT was born: Stan · Arnaud · Laure · Thibaut.
Each of us plays a role in this family story. Arnaud, meticulous and attentive to every detail, looks after the upkeep and maintenance of every property. Laure is your direct contact: she answers your questions, welcomes you on arrival and takes care of you throughout your stay. Thibaut is the webmaster, behind this website, our booking app and the technical side of things. Stan, still young, cheers us on. Our team also includes our loyal housekeeping team led by Jovanie, who cleans and makes everything shine so your stay is as relaxing as can be. With SALT SXM Rentals, everything is taken care of, so all you have to do is unwind and enjoy your holiday.

Villa Happy Salt was beautiful! The villa has everything you could need for a wonderful stay in St Martin. The location is perfect: within 10 minutes you can be at the beach, restaurants, the grocery store. Laure was very helpful and quick to respond. I will absolutely be back!
